Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. This retainer is applied toward your total and holds your reserved time in the studio. The remaining 50% is due at the completion of your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the final 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be considered a forfeited appointment and are not eligible for credit or reschedule.
